Banjo Bakehouse is my tiny cottage microbakery in the historic Five Points neighborhood of Huntsville, Alabama, where I bake small‑batch sourdough in my bungalow kitchen and share it through porch pickups. I use organic heritage artisan flour from Farmer’s Storehouse and mill my own grains. I use a long fermentation to create loaves that are nourishing, delicious, and have that chewy crust that crackles when you slice it. I chose the name Banjo Bakehouse because live music is often part of life in my home, and if asked, I might pick a tune for you!
