This is a softer sandwich-style loaf. It is made with the same ingredients as the sourdough boule: organic flour, Redmond's Real Salt, and filtered water, as well as the addition of olive oil and honey. (850g prior to baking). about 5-10 percent of freshly milled organic flour is added.
